Podiatry, Brought Home

Routine foot care keeps Utah patients walking, driving, and living independently. Our podiatrists handle the day-to-day and the chronic alike: comprehensive foot exams and care plans, diabetic foot management, callus reduction, nail treatments and toenail fungus relief, ingrown toenail removal, and relief from neuropathy and nerve pain.

Full-Body Wound Care

Wounds rarely stay simple, and they rarely stay on the feet. Our team treats them wherever they appear on the body:

• Diabetic foot and leg ulcers
• Pressure injuries and bedsores, from Stage 1 through unstageable
• Venous leg ulcers and arterial (ischemic) ulcers
• Surgical and post-operative wounds
• Traumatic wounds, lacerations, skin tears, and abrasions
• Infected and chronic non-healing wounds

Each plan is built around the individual patient, with regular reassessment, infection prevention, and hands-on guidance for the family members and caregivers doing the day-to-day work.

What a Home Visit Looks Like

One of our trusted providers arrives at your home or care facility, reviews your history, and examines the foot or wound in question. From there we clean, debride, and dress as needed, adjust the care plan, and schedule the next visit before we leave. Between appointments we stay in contact with your primary care provider and home health team so nothing falls through the cracks.
