Dakota Taylor, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in podiatry, wound care, and primary care for homebound patients. Dakota earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah Valley University before completing his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati. He is nationally board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
He began his career with Elite Healthcare, where he served as a nurse practitioner managing hospice and homebound patients as their primary care provider. In 2025, Dakota joined Mountain West Podiatry as a mobile nurse practitioner, delivering podiatry and wound care services directly to patients in their homes. His background in both hospice and advanced nursing allows him to provide holistic care tailored to the needs of medically vulnerable individuals.
