Dr. Laura Tolentino is a dedicated and highly skilled podiatrist and surgeon at Foot and Ankle Specialists of The Woodlands, Texas, since August 2023. She brings a strong foundation in both clinical and surgical podiatric care, with a focus on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She has a strong commitment to patient care, surgical excellence, and continuing education.
She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from Des Moines University in 2019, following her undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry.Dr. Tolentino completed her residency at the prestigious Montefiore Einstein Medical Center in New York, where she served as Chief Resident from 2021 to 2022. During this intensive program, she gained comprehensive experience in complex foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma management, and diabetic limb salvage.Dr. Tolentino is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), the ABPM, and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
